We offer free shipping to any address in the UK (excluding Northern Ireland & Channel Islands—please call if needed) on all caviar orders exceeding £100.
Our goal is to dispatch all caviar orders within three full working days. Subsequently, orders will be delivered the following day by Royal Mail Next Day Pre-1pm or APC Overnight Pre 4pm, ensuring the freshness of your purchase in a specially designed box with an ice pack.
Order cut-off for pre-weekend delivery is 2pm on Wednesday.
Orders below £60 will incur a £9.95 delivery charge, while orders below £100 will be subject to a £5.95 delivery charge. Please note, around Christmas and NYE, we reserve the right to adjust our postage policy and charges, to ensure prompt delivery. There may also be some locations that it is not possible for us to make timely delivery during busy periods, we will contact you if so.

All fragile glass orders are subject to a £12 delivery charge.
Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly inspect the items. In the event that you discover any defects, damages, or if there is an error with your shipment, kindly contact us immediately. Your prompt communication allows us to assess the issue and take the necessary steps to make it right.
Missed Deliveries & Delays
Someone MUST be at the address of delivery to receive the parcel - delivery times are anytime between 9 - 5pm or anytime before 12pm. We do not accept any responsibility for the state of a parcel that is sent back to a courier depot due to a recipient not being at the shipment address.
Please note that London Caviar does not accept responsibility for third party delivery of the products that you order. From time to time products may not arrive on time as requested. This is not the responsibility of London Caviar but we will always strive to find a solution to any issues that may arise.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
