Who is the London Caviar Company?
London Caviar Company is a UK-based caviar retailer founded in 2021 by three passionate connoisseurs with a vision to transform the traditionally exclusive and costly world of caviar. Our mission is to make sustainably sourced, premium caviar, including Beluga, Oscietra and Baerii, accessible to everyone, without compromising on quality or environmental responsibility.

Placing an Order
How do I place an order?
You can order directly through our website at londoncaviar.co.uk. Simply browse our range, add your chosen products to your basket and check out securely.
Can I order by phone or email?

Is there a loyalty scheme or members club?
Yes, London Caviar has a London Caviar Club for frequent buyers. Members get access to exclusive offers, early product launches and seasonal selections. Email subscribers are also the first to hear about new arrivals, including rare batches of Royal Imperial that often sell out quickly. You can subscribe to our newsletter through our website.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest on our website. However, creating an account makes it easier to track your orders and reorder your favourites.
Delivery & Shipping
Do you deliver across the UK?
Yes, we deliver to any address in the UK mainland. Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands are not covered by our standard service. Please contact us if you’re in one of these areas and we’ll do our best to help.
How much does delivery cost?
- Free on all caviar orders over £200
- £11.45 on caviar orders under £200
- £12 on all fragile glass orders (e.g. the LSA Handmade Caviar Set)
Please note that delivery charges and policies may be adjusted around Christmas and New Year to ensure prompt delivery during busy periods.
How long does delivery take?
We aim to dispatch all orders within three full working days. Once dispatched, orders are delivered the following day before 1pm by Royal Mail. We recommend downloading the Royal Mail app to receive full live tracking of your order.
Orders must be placed by 2pm on Wednesday to qualify for pre-weekend delivery.

How is the caviar packaged for delivery?
Caviar is temperature-sensitive, so every order is packed in a specially designed box with an ice pack to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Do I need to be in to receive my delivery?
Yes, someone must be present at the delivery address to receive the parcel. Delivery is between 9am–5pm, or before 12pm for pre-1pm services. We’re unable to accept responsibility for the condition of parcels returned to a courier depot because no one was available to receive them.
What if my delivery is late?
While we always strive to find a solution to any delivery issue, please note that London Caviar cannot accept responsibility for third-party courier delays. If your order doesn’t arrive on time, get in touch with us at customerservice@londoncaviar.co.uk and we’ll do everything we can to help.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect your order thoroughly upon arrival. If you discover any defects, damage or an error with your shipment, contact us immediately at customerservice@londoncaviar.co.uk. The sooner you let us know, the faster we can assess the issue and put it right.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return caviar?
Caviar is a perishable food product and falls under the category of non-returnable items. If you have a question about whether your specific item is eligible for a return, please reach out to us at customerservice@londoncaviar.co.uk and we’ll be happy to advise.
What if something goes wrong with my order?
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or with any other issue, please contact us immediately at customerservice@londoncaviar.co.uk. We’ll assess the situation and take the necessary steps to make it right.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed as quickly as possible once your case is reviewed. Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds typically appear within 3–5 business days.
