Our caviar is derived from sturgeon farms that are staunch advocates of responsible practices, strictly adhering to guidelines that prioritize conservation and biodiversity. World-Class Sustainable Farming

Our sturgeon are bred in The Thousand Island Lake, a pristine aquatic environment spanning 221 square miles with crystal-clear waters similar in size to Singapore. Initially, these fish were introduced from the Caspian Sea but have since been cultivated on-site, ensuring a breeding model that closely mimics their natural habitat.

Currently, 30% of the world's caviar originates from The Thousand Island Lake, enjoyed by elite airlines such as Lufthansa First Class, Cathay Pacific, Emirates, and Qatar Airlines.
